2nd Annual Flag Day-Reeled-n Bay Fishing Tale This years event was performed by the Armed Forces Foundation and the Texas Paralyzed Veterans Association. Capt. Kevin Sparks had the privilege of fishing with Ron Winters, Tom Lucas, and William Maier. This group brought in 15 good sized trout.
